County Code

The Code of the County of Alleghany is published online as a convenience to the citizens, employees, and the community.  Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of material published online, the only official edition of the County Code is the printed version maintained by the Deputy Clerk to the Board.  Downloaded versions are not official.

Please note that the Board of Supervisors may have made amendments, additions, or deletions to the County Code subsequent to the last supplementation of the online version of the Code.
